This is definitely one of the deepest songs on the album if not the deepest. If you know me well, you would know that there have been numerous times in my life when I would be so depressed and anxious that I stopped believing life is worth living anymore. There have been multiple points in my life where I contemplated suicide because I believed the world is too bad of a place to live in. If I could, I would literally stay asleep for the rest of my life so I can live in my dreams (good dreams of course) instead of dealing with the distress of life when you are wide awake in the real world. If you know me well, you would also know that I am diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder alongside my autism. The bottom line to this is that if I could, I would most definitely stay asleep and live in my positive dreams until the day I die.
